Ingredients

 350 g Ready to roll croissant dough
 120 g Carbery Cracker RedGrated
 6 Slices of HamRoughly Chopped
 1 EggBeaten with a pinch of salt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan assisted and line a large tray with parchment paper.

Remove croissant dough from tube following packaging instructions then roll out onto a clean surface. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut into 6 triangles, following the markings in the dough.

Divide cheese evenly between each piece of dough, sprinkling it over the dough in an even layer. Do the same with the pieces of ham.

Form the croissants by rolling the triangles up, as firmly as you can, starting from the flat end and ending with the tip of the triangle.

Carefully transfer rolled up croissants to prepared tray then curve into crescent shapes. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
