 3 tbsp salted butter, softened
 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
 20 g chives, finely chopped
 1 baguette, sliced vertically in half
 50 g Carbery Cracker Red Cheddar, grated

Preheat the oven to 180c/160c fan/gas mark 5.

Place the butter in a bowl and add the crushed garlic and chives. Beat together until combined.

Spread the butter on each side of the baguette, then top with the grated Carbery Cracker.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until bubbling and golden. Slice into portions to serve.
