 3 tbsp Light mayonnaise
 0.50 tbsp Garlic powder
 0.25 tbsp Smoked paprika
 1 tbsp Lime zest
 6 Corn on the Cobs
 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
 25 g Carbery Cracker Mature White, grated

Mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika and lime zest. Rub this mixture into the corn on the cobs and set aside.

Place a griddle pan on a high heat. Once hot, griddle the corn on the cobs for 4-5 minutes, turning every minute to ensure all sides are cooked.

Once cooked, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Carbery Cracker Mature White to serve.
