These simple cauliflower cheese bites are perfect for little hands. They make a great snack.
Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan assisted and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, 6-7 minutes. Allow to cool.
Once cool, blitz the cauliflower in a blender or food processor until pieces are mostly the size of rice grains. Add the breadcrumbs, egg, grated cheese and chives then pulse to combine.
Form into patties and arrange on the lined baking tray.
Bake for until golden and crispy on the edges, about 20 minutes.
