 2 Apples, sliced
 80 g Salad Leaves
 75 g Carbery Cracker White Cheddar, cut into thin slices
 20 g Toasted Mixed Seeds
 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tbsp Honey
 0.50 tbsp Lemon Juice
 2 tbsp Chopped Chives

Place the apples, salad leaves, Carbery Cracker and mixed seeds into a bowl. Mix to combine.

To make the dressing, whisk the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salad and coat well. Garnish with chopped chives to serve.
