 2 Wholemeal pitta breads
 0.50 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
 1 tbsp Light mayonnaise
 0.50 Apple
 4 Slices of Carbery Cracker Mature White cheese
 15 g Mixed salad

Toast the pitta breads and set aside.

Mix together the wholegrain mustard and light mayonnaise. Cut the pitta breads in half and spread the mustard mixture evenly inside both pitta breads.

Cut the apple into slices and arrange the apple slices, Carbery Cracker Mature White cheese slices and mixed salad into the pittas to serve.
